This is a very tidy three-bedroom two-and-half bedroom home. This property is in the popular Senator Park complex, which is renowned for being well maintained and being secure. The complex has seen recent upgrades to its entrance gate and general security. This unit is located right next to the entrance gate, meaning that you will be able to enter very easily when you leave in the evening, or when you get home at night. The house itself is ideally set out for a family that has a sibling or relative living in. The main bedroom, which has wall-to-wall built-in-cupboards and an ensuite bathroom. This along with the spacious second bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor, near each other. Perfect for having a younger child. The third bedroom is located upstairs. It has a toilet and basin, which avoids a person having to trapes down the stairs when nature calls. This bedroom gives the occupant a great deal of privacy. Teenagers will love it. The lounge and kitchen have a very modern feel. There is an abundance of down lights and shiny tiles. The kitchen granite tops and plenty of cupboard space. The door to the rear courtyard is conveniently located so washing can easily be hung up. This property will make a fantastic starter home. It is moderately sized, the fixtures are all good quality and the maintenance around the property is low, as there is very little garden that needs to be kept in order. The complex itself is located close to major amenities, and a stone throw away from the R40. One could easily walk to the shops, and should you need to work out towards Hazyview, the access towards that direction is very simple. There are many young families that live in this complex, so there are always friends for the children to go play with. Viewing appointments are easily arranged. Please do not hesitate to get hold of me to arrange a viewing.
