A townhouse with a difference. This property combines all the benefits of a secure home with the feel of a farmhouse on the edge of a nature reserve. The design of the property is ideal for its lactation. It has a wraparound veranda that you can use as a dining area or outside entertainment area. The garden is a very manageable size. Perfect for small pets or young children. The living area is comprised of an open plan lounge and kitchen that has a gas fireplace. The kitchen has rosewood cupboards, granite tops and a centre island. There is also a walk-in pantry as well as a separate scullery and laundry area. The main bedroom looks out over the dam and has an extended built-in cupboard area. The bedroom is large enough to fit a king-sized bed, and it has a modern ensuite bathroom. There is a second full bathroom for the other two bedrooms to share. Each of these rooms are large, with plenty of cupboard space. The bedrooms all have air conditioning units. The garage has been converted into a study, this can easily be changed back into a normal garage, should you choose to. Other important features of the house are that it has both an electric and water backup system, as well as gas geysers and a gas stove. Altogether a great lock-up-and-go style house. If you might have the need for living in this style house temporarily while the children are schooling in town, properties in this complex have resale potential.
